ULI Richmond would like to thank outgoing Chairman Chris Corrada for his service and dedication to our organization. We are pleased to announce that he is staying on with the organization as Previous Chairman and part of the Programs Committee.

 

ULI Richmond is pleased to annouce that Tim Davey has been named as Chris Corrada’s successor. Davey, a Principal at Timmons Group, is responsible for urban re-development projects and economic development opportunities as well as supervising the business development and marketing effort of the firm. He sits on boards for Venture Richmond, the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate Professionals and the John Tyler Community College Foundation. He is also a member of the Greater Richmond Chamber – Chairman’s Circle, Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Committee and the Virginia Economic Developers Association.
